Through movement, sound, breath, reflection, and connection, we’ll explore simple, accessible practices to help you create space, release what you’re ready to let go of, and reconnect with yourself, others, and the present moment.

Event FAQs
Are beginners welcome?
Events at Lazy Arrow Ranch Retreat Center are inclusive and open to all. No prior meditation, yoga, breathwork, or sound bath experience is needed. This experience is designed to support all levels.
Can I attend if I am pregnant, sensitive to sound, or have a medical condition?
Please consult your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, severe sound sensitivity, or other medical concerns. Please note that Ascended Minds, Saola Sparkle, and it's co-collaborators are not medical providers and do not assume responsibility.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 15 minutes (2:45 PM) before the session begins to allow time for parking, check-in, and settling into your space. To preserve the peaceful flow of the experience, late admission cannot be guaranteed once the session has begun.
Is there parking?
Free parking is available in the lot next to the Lazy Arrow Ranch Retreat Center.
Is this event indoors or outdoors?
The experience is held indoors at Lazy Arrow Ranch Retreat Center. Weather permitting, garage-style doors may be opened during the session to allow fresh air and mountain views to flow into the space.
Do I need to bring anything?
You are encouraged to bring a water bottle, drum (optional) and any other items that will help you feel comfortable for the yoga and sound bath experience.
Your registration includes a journal, pen, light snacks and refreshments. Yoga mats will be provided and a limited number of drums will be available for the drumming circle.
What is the event attire?
There is no dress code. You are encouraged to dress for relaxation. Come as you are, and wear what helps you feel comfortable and free of distraction.
What is the cancellation policy? Are tickets refundable or transferrable?
To honor your time and ours, we kindly ask that any cancellellations be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event may result in forfeit of the booking. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event. If you're unable to attend, we encourage you to transfer your spot to a friend or family member.

What happens if a session is cancelled or rescheduled?
In the event of severe weather, venue issues, facilitator illness, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances, Ascended Minds and Saola Sparkle reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session. If this occurs, registered guests will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a transfer to the rescheduled date or applicable credit/refund at organizer discretion.
Will I be photographed or filmed?
Portions of the event may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. All participants will be required to sign the event photograph waiver and can opt to inform a facilitator upon arrival if you prefer not to appear in media content.

Cassandra Hidalgo | Founder, Ascended Hands and Hands That Heal You
Cassandra is a natural healer, intuitive, Reiki Master, massage therapist, and metaphysical teacher with more than 15 years of experience supporting healing and personal transformation. As the founder of Hands That Heal You, she blends energy work, intuitive bodywork, and spiritual practices to create deeply personalized experiences that nurture the mind, body, and soul.
Through her work, teachings, and workshops, Cassandra invites others to connect more deeply with themselves, embrace their own healing abilities, and create space for growth and transformation.

Noi Keothammakhoun | Sound Practitioner | Founder, Saola Sparkle
Noi Keothammakhoun is the founder of Saola Sparkle and a certified sound healing practitioner. Originally from Minnesota and an ancestor of the people of Laos, her connection to sound began in her teenage years through meditation with her family. Today, she blends her training from the Sound Healing Academy with the spiritual traditions of her Lao heritage, offering sound as a restorative practice to help others reconnect with balance and their inner sparkle.

Bradley Bartlett
Bradley began practicting yoga in 1998 and trained at Denver's Karma Yoga Center. Rooted in movement and breath, his classes explore the meeting place of body, mind, and emotion, drawing inspiration from his work as a mediator, his men's work, leadership, and coaching with Project Uncivilized, and his lifeling study of music and martial arts.
