Summer Sparkle on the Water: A Floating Sound Immersion

Saola Sparkle events are inclusive and open to all. No prior sound bath experience is needed. This experience is designed to support all levels.

Can I attend if I am pregnant, sensitive to sound, or have a medical condition?

Sound healing experiences may not be suitable for everyone. Please consult your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, severe sound sensitivity, or other medical concerns. Please note that Saola Sparkle and it's co-collaborators are not medical providers and do not assume responsibility.

Will I get wet or be immersed in the pool water?

You shouldn’t plan to get wet, though your feet may touch the water if you are floating or seated poolside. For those who reserved the Water Sparkle, our pool attendants will assist you in safely getting on the air mattress float, which may require one step into the pool water that is no more than ankle high. A towel is provided to help keep you dry.

When should I arrive?

Doors open at 6:30 PM to allow time for parking, check-in, and settling into your space. To preserve the peaceful flow of the experience, late admission cannot be guaranteed once the session begins at 7:00 PM.

Is there parking?

Free parking is available in the back parking lot of the Aloft Broomfield Denver Hotel.

Is this event indoors or outdoors?

The experience is held indoors at the Aloft Broomfield Denver Hotel in the saltwater pool area. The area is enclosed by glass windows and allows natural lighting to flow in.

Are single tickets refundable or transferrable?

All single ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member by providing notice at least 48 hours prior to the session via email or phone. Approved transfers are valid only for the session associated with the original ticket purchase. Transfers may not be applied to future Summer Sparkle on the Water sessions.

What happens if a session is cancelled or rescheduled?

In the event of severe weather, venue issues, facilitator illness, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances, Saola Sparkle reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session. If this occurs, registered guests will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a transfer to the rescheduled date or applicable credit/refund at organizer discretion.

Will I be photographed or filmed?

Portions of the event may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. All participants will be required to sign the event photograph waiver and can opt to inform a facilitator upon arrival if you prefer not to appear in media content.

What is your Summer Sparkle Bundle Policy?

The Summer Sparkle Bundle includes admission to all three Summer Sparkle on the Water sessions held at Aloft Broomfield Denver on:

Bundle holders will automatically be registered for all sessions after you submit your registration for the first one.

All Bundle sales are final and non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a session, one (1) transfer request may be permitted during the series if notice is provided at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session by email or phone. Approved transfers may only be applied to the Summer Sparkle on the Water session you are missing and must be within your original ticket tier.

Can I add a Summer Sparkle Sip if my ticket level doesn’t include it?

Absolutely! Water Sparkle guests receive a complimentary Summer Sparkle Sip as part of their experience. Lounge Sparkle and Grounding Mat Sparkle guests are welcome to purchase a Summer Sparkle Sip after the session and enjoy it during optional fellowship time in the lounge. Orders and payment will be made directly with the hotel.
