Service Description
Relax, unwind, and recharge during this one-hour sound bath experience for Anthem residents and their guests. Enjoy the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other gentle instruments designed to reduce stress, calm the mind, and promote balance. Investment: $35/person | $65 for 2 Notes: - Doors open at 3:15 p.m. to allow time to settle in and an on time start. - Please bring a blanket, pillow, water, eye mask and anything else that will help you feel comfortable. - Yoga mats provided by PCC. - Eye masks provided for first-time attendees and encouraged for re-use in future sessions. - Advance registration is greatly appreciated as a minimum of 4 participants is required for session to take place. In the event session is cancelled, you will be emailed and automatically registered for the next scheduled session.

Cancellation Policy
To honor your time and ours, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may result in a forfeit of the booking. There are no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the event. If you’re unable to attend, we encourage you to transfer your spot to a friend or join us for a future offering.
